What we make, and what it costs.
Four deliverables, each built from the model you already resolved. Prices are printed below — per view for stills, per project for motion and VR. No bundles you didn't ask for, no rate revealed only after the work is done.
01 The four deliverables
Priced per view and per project — printed in full.
Each engagement begins with your CAD file and a short brief. The figures below are starting points for a clean model and a standard turnaround; dense geometry or a compressed deadline is quoted up front, before any rendering begins.

01
Exterior renderings
Photoreal still frames of facades and site context. Sky, landscaping and a daylight study resolved to match your submission — the frame a review board compares against the plan and finds nothing to question.
- · Site context & landscaping
- · Daylight study for true orientation
- · 4K still, print & screen

02
Interior renderings
Furnished interiors with specified finishes, fixtures and accurate lighting. The frames that pre-sell units and fit-outs — a buyer remembers them on move-in day because they are what we built to.
- · Specified finishes & fixtures
- · Daylight + artificial light balanced
- · Furnishings styled to brief

Animated walkthroughs
Camera-driven fly-throughs and approach sequences, 60–90 seconds, scored and colour-graded for council chambers and investor rooms. Storyboard is agreed before a single frame is rendered.
- · 60–90s sequence, 4K 30fps
- · Scored & colour-graded
- · Storyboard sign-off included

02 Add-ons & how it's priced
Billed the way the work is done.
Nothing is bundled you didn't ask for. A view is a view, a round is a round, a rush is a rush. Add any of these to a still or project estimate and we'll fold it into the quote before the scene is lit.
Two rounds of marked revisions are already included on every still and animation package — the figures below are only for what sits outside that.
-
+ $950
Aerial / site-context view
A raised camera placing the building in its full block and approach.
-
+ $650
Twilight / blue-hour variant
A second lighting pass on a delivered view — interior glow, dusk sky.
-
From $1,200
360° panorama (web + headset)
A navigable spherical frame for a single room or vantage point.
-
+ 35%
Rush turnaround (5 working days)
First drafts cut to half the standard window, priority in the queue.
-
$480
Additional revision round
Beyond the two included — marked changes on a still or animation.
-
$340
Printed finish & material board
A tactile companion sheet of the specified finishes in the frame.
03 What to send us
A clean start makes the first draft land on time.
Four things arrive at the start of every job. Send them together and the ten-working-day clock to your first proof starts the same afternoon.
The model
Revit, Rhino, SketchUp or DWG. If the geometry needs cleaning first, we'll say so and quote it before we begin — never after.
A finishes schedule
Materials, cladding, glazing and fixtures as you intend to build them. Product sheets or a spec table — whatever you already have on file.
The views you need
Marked on a plan, or a reference photo of the eye-line you're after. Tell us how many, and from where the images must persuade.
Your deadline & audience
A permit date, a council hearing, a sales launch — and who's in the room. The audience sets the grade, the lighting and the framing.
04 How it runs
10
working days is the typical turn from a clean CAD set to first draft frames for review.
One model, every format
A single scene feeds stills, animation and the VR build — so your exterior, interior and walkthrough always agree with one another, at no duplicated set-up cost.
Agreed before we render
Scope, view count, rush fees and revision rounds are quoted and signed up front. A 50% deposit opens the job; the balance is due on final delivery.
05 Start a project
Tell us what you're submitting. We'll price it on the call.
Most projects begin with a short conversation about your drawings, your deadline and the audience the images need to convince. The studio answers the phone Monday to Friday, 11am to 5:30pm.
